What is the best diet program?

I have 50 dollars, and I would like to pay for a Diet Program. My parents are fine with it, and I was wondering what is the best one? I am 15, 175 pounds, 5’4. I really need to lose weight for volleyball, being fit, and for me. I would like a diet program that also has some workouts in it. Thank you!
Which would be the best diet program for me?

I’m 15, 5’3″, and 135 pounds. I’ve been down to 122 about 4 months ago, but I got it all back again plus more.
My goal weight is 110. I LOVE food. I plan to be a chef when I grow up and I know (and NEED) good food. I have no problem eating healthy foods, as long as they’re flavorful and not in tiny little portions (like some diet foods are).
I HATE excersing. I know, I should just suck it up and excercise, but I cry when I get on a treadmill. I really can’t do it.
I know what foods are fattening and what are not, that’s not my problem. I need something concrete that will motivate me and help me stay on task with my dieting (something like Nutrisystem, where you don’t have to make any decisions yourself).
I’ve thought about Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, and eDiets, but I’m still not sure…
Any ideas for a Diet Program?
What is the best workout / diet program for me?

My background: 25 year old male, 6’2″, 180 lbs, basically fit and trim. I’ve been doing Matt Furey’s combat conditioning, eating less than 2000 cals/day and doing about 30 pull ups daily. I look and feel fit, but I have kind of a wiry look.
My objectives:
1. exercise no more than 30-60 mins a day.
2. eat well, but on a budget(!) approx. $10/day
3. gain strength, size to arms / torso
4. put on a little muscle weight/size without having to consume too many calories
5. avoid using free weights / machines, if possible, as I don’t have them
I’m not a crazy anorexic or anything, but I believe that consuming as few calories as possible will lead to a longer life.
So I really want a lifestyle that is healthy and sustainable. IE: I don’t want consider the consumption of 5000 calories worth of expensive placebo supplements sustainable.
What is the best workout and Diet Program for me? Thanks a million!
