@BuckeyeSparky The thing with this program and even P90X is you have to be in realitvley decent shape to do it. That doesnt mean a fat guy/girl can’t do it, they can, but the ideal person is someone who isn’t completley out of shape. Perfect example is the people in this video on their day 1 pictures. None of them were really fat, just not nealry as tone. This program will get you the results if you are like that.

@BuckeyeSparky, You’re right…if your fat and lazy then you really can’t do it. If you keep eating like crap and don’t give it your all and skip days and make excuses then you’re not going to see results. This program works, and so does P90X. Im on day 60 of 90 with P90X and im down 3 belt buckle loops and have seen a noticeable change in my body, more then i’ve seen over the past year doing my regular workout routine at the gym. Plus i play hockey and my stamina has incrased immensley.

I agree, the change won’t be this drastic initially (for me, at least). But unless you do MMA training, or are used to intense military workouts, you will not be able to keep up with this guy. I have to say, my stamina level is through the roof now.

WHat about people …
WHat about people who haven’t worked out in 6 months and if its designed to transform your body in 60 days what do you do prior or after ? at 5,6 180 lbs its harder to jump its gonna take a lot out in the first month, im more worried about after how do you keep a continuous routine

player your legs just havn’t jump training like this but insanity just gives you a blast of cardio that you just dont know with self toneing moves like ab planks and puch jacks that you’ll notice the fat melting off more than getting the size from p90x so i like to mix them when it comes to resistance days i don p90x then i go back to insanity next day for cardio again and man working out is just been the best since tony and shaun t try this style vidoe mix and trust me people will love it

both p90x and insanity are crazy but it depends on what your after i find p90x to be more of a toner but you burn fat because its still mad hard doing pushups chinups pushup chin then 15mins abs workout but kempo x and cardio x i found to be weak to slow and moves to easy and i dont do yoga so im not rating it but i like the resistance training really gives you a burn your like GOD how much more minutes left the best cardio is plynometrics man does your legs turn to jello even as a basketball
